The hotel offers comfortable and attractive rooms perfect for any function. They did become uncomfortably hot at times, but this was resolved by opening windows. The service was exceptional, with helpful and charming staff. The location is excellent with a peaceful waterfront setting. Dining was enjoyable, especially on the terrace watching yachts. Facilities were lovely and modern.

The hotel has a superb location overlooking the Solent with lovely views, although it felt a bit isolated on a Monday evening. The rooms, while adequate, were a little cramped and lacking privacy due to the window positions near the first-floor steps. The dining experience was mixed, with excellent sea views but room for improvement in food quality. The service, on the other hand, was fantastic, with very hospitable and friendly staff. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement.
